  • How long before departure should I arrive?

    To ensure a smooth boarding process, kindly arrive at Southgate Landing (Berth 4) at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

  • What happens if it rains?

    Our boats are equipped with sufficient cover to accommodate their full capacity, regardless of the weather conditions.

  • Where can I find parking?

    Southgate Car Park, just a quick 3-minute stroll from Berth 4, offers convenient parking. Choose to pay on the day or secure a discounted rate by booking online.

  • Are there toilet facilities on board?

    For your convenience, we have onboard toilet facilities. Additionally, we provide extra toilet stops along the way for your comfort.
